Availability Update

LevelUp Computers & Technology will reopen on June 1, 2025 with availability by appointment only. We will remain unavailable for contact on weekends. Any emails or messages sent over the weekends will not receive a reply until the next weekday.

Policy Updates

1. LevelUp Computers & Technology will no longer service the following types of devices:
   • Chromebooks
   • Mobile Phones
   • Printers
   • Tablets
2. LevelUp Computers & Technology will no longer be offering guidance or tutoring services.
3. Per our General Terms of Service, a minimum charge of $85 must be paid in full for any hourly service up to one hour in length, regardless of the actual duration of the service. This charge is non-refundable, nor is the cost negotiable.

Pricing Updates

1. The following services have had their prices increased:
   • Desktop/Laptop CPU Repaste
   • Custom PC Build Fee
2. Travel fees have been increased to offset the cost of fuel, as well as the increased wear on the Company’s vehicles resulting from high mileage.
